Sanctum Media Group, Inc. to acquire equity interest in Social Advertising Platform

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - June 30, 2015 - PRLog -- Sanctum Media Group, Inc. a media holdings conglomerate announces the execution of a funding agreement with an evolutionary technology company, VERADD, Inc.

With the proposed investment, VERADD, Inc. will complete development of their platform that will allow local, regional, and national advertisers to post promotional items as direct endorsements of products, brands or services for a multitude of publishers on their respective social media pages.

Salvatore Renaldi, Chairman of Sanctum Media Group, Inc. commented today, “We are very excited by the prospect of this company and the software platform they intend to bring to market in less than 90 days. This product uses the best of social media, to monetize individuals social presence in an innovative way that benefits the promoter, the publisher and the company. Publishers will receive compensation for their promotion of the products and services, and the advertiser will capture data and confirmation of that interaction.”

Sanctum said that due to pending patent filings and trade secrets it could not disclose any more information, however, it believes that within 90 days of completion of funding a demonstrable product will be available for interested advertisers to use.

“We believe that this investment and their platform synergizes quite well with Sanctum’s existing proprietary deployed technologies, as well as with other businesses we are investing in. VERADD will have a middleware platform that will allow for both small and large businesses to interact with consumers in a new, social and revolutionary capacity,” commented Mr. Renaldi.
