Walker Heads for Success at Royal Neighbors of America womenLEAD Forum

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. - June 30, 2015 - PRLog -- Summerville, SC resident, Teresa Walker, received the “royal treatment” in life insurance and women-empowerment training. Walker was one of eight women selected from across the nation to participate in Royal Neighbors of America’s womenLEAD Forum at the organization’s headquarters, 230 16th St., Rock Island, Illinois.

Royal Neighbors, one of the largest women-led life insurance organizations in the U.S., invited these agents to the forum to provide tools and education to women working in the predominately male insurance industry, as well as provide them a network of resources to further build their careers.

The womenLEAD Forum is another example of Royal Neighbors’ 120-year commitment to support professional opportunities for women. This year’s program included training about life insurance products, sales concepts, marketing plan development, as well as the organization’s history and philanthropic mission.

“I felt my taking part in the forum was an incredible opportunity to learn how to become more successful, share success stories, pass on ideas, and take the information and inspiration I accrued and go back and put it to use in my business,” said Walker. “Royal Neighbors is an incredible company and I feel honored to have been a part of the womenLEAD Forum.”

Royal Neighbors of America, one of the nation’s largest women-led life insurance organizations, empowers women to meet the needs of their families with annuities and life insurance products such as whole life, term, and universal life.
