Superfit Hero Introduces Body-Positive Line of Performance Leggings

LOS ANGELES - June 30, 2015 - PRLog -- Superfit Hero, the brand dedicated to size-inclusive, high-performance activewear, announces the launch of its 43-day Kickstarter campaign, officially commencing on June 30, 2015. Superfit Hero is the first size-inclusive brand of fashion fitness apparel with an explicit mission to empower women to feel the power of fitness.

Founded by entrepreneur and world-class roller derby athlete Micki Krimmel, Superfit Hero was built out of passion and necessity. When she started the Los Angeles-based company, Krimmel asked her Angel City Derby team (currently ranked seventh in the world) what was important to them in workout clothes. Their feedback prompted Krimmel to focus on key details that would allow all athletes to participate in the feel-good fashion of high-performance activewear.

The Kickstarter campaign officially launches on June 30, 2015 and will run through August 11, 2015. Backers will have the opportunity to pledge for Superfit Hero shirts starting at $35, and the leggings themselves starting at $84 (including domestic shipping) via the Kickstarter campaign. Funds raised via Kickstarter will be directly used to make the first production order, which will begin immediately following the campaign close. Backer pledges are expected to be filled within 90 days.
