June 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Runx2 is a pivotal regulator of osteoblast differentiation and chondrocyte maturation and is involved in both endochondral and intramembranous ossification. Recent advances have demonstrated the presence of Runx2 as an early marker of  prechondrogenic and preosteogenic progenitors derived from embryonic stem cells. GeneTex’s Runx2 antibodies, when used in conjunction with other key stem cell biomarkers (see table below), allows for more accurate lineage characterization and differentiation.

Applications include: ELISA, FACS, IHC-P, WB.
