FORT MYERS, Fla. - June 26, 2015 - PRLog -- LandQwest Commeercial is proud to announce the closing of the 9299 Center in Fort Myers for $8.9M. Adam Palmer, CCIM negotiated this transaction for the seller.

9299 Center is a 38,639 square feet property located on College Parkway. The center is 96% occupied by Lee Memorial Health System, who has occupied space in the center since 2005.

Palmer, Managing Director of Office & Investment for LandQwest Commercial said, “This was a great opportunity for both the buyer and seller.  The capitalization rate on the sale resulted in a higher purchase price than what the market may have expected, but the buyer picked up a very nice property with a great credit-tenant and a long-term lease.”

The property was acquired by an investment group from Syracuse, NY.
