KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING Names Katalina Cruz Chief Operating Officer

MIAMI - June 25, 2015 - PRLog -- KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPM), a statewide leader in turnkey property management, has promoted Katalina Cruz to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She was previously Chief Financial Officer.

In her new role, Cruz will continue strengthening the core competencies of the company which are customer service, talent management and KWPM’s framework which combines people, process and technology. As CFO, Cruz managed all of the financial affairs for the company and headed its human resources department, where she built KWPM’s human resources framework and processes to manage its payroll system. Cruz joined KWPM in 2004 to head the company’s Commercial & Consulting Division.

Cruz’s career spans more than 18 years after starting in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. A Florida certified public accountant, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration and her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
