Boston's Popular French Bistro Goes All-American on July 4th

BOSTON - June 25, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:  To celebrate the Fourth of July, Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro (BHHB), Boston’s popular French Bistro is going all-American on Saturday, July 4th, 2015. All day BHHB is honoring Independence Day with special menu items to celebrate summer and freedom with its guests. Located just steps from the Esplanade, Bostonians and visitors can start their celebrations early with Executive Chef Lucas Sousa’s brunch specials including: Watermelon Salad ($12), Grilled Chorizo with Pepper Relish ($14), Crab Cakes ($24) and a Strawberry Trifle for dessert. In addition to the brunch specials Chef Sousa will serve a BBQ Braised Pork Shoulder ($20) while guests can end on a sweet note with the Portuguese Malasada ($6), fried dough tossed in sugar, before the famed Boston Pops perform and the iconic firework display.
