An All American Celebration at Beat Hotel

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - June 25, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:          On Saturday, July 4th, 2015, Beat Brasserie, located in Cambridge, MA, opens its doors to celebrate freedom the true American way with cuisine, libations and live entertainment all night long. From 4:00PM to 2:00AM, guests are invited to enjoy All-American dishes and indulge in American crafted spirits and artisanal wines.

All of Beat’s ingredients are locally sourced and made in the U.S., so diners can eat local and honor their country with all-American dishes.  Kick start the celebration with light hors d’oeuvres, such as the Sweet Chili Baby Back Ribs ($15), Buffalo Cauliflower ($11.50) with blue cheese dipping sauce on the side or the Steamed Maine Mussels ($13.50) with lager, old bay, tomato ($13.50).  Indulge in entrées like the Prime Hamburger ($15) with port wine aioli, crispy fried onions, frites or the Earth Bowl ($16-22) with 5-grain pilaf salad, arugula pesto, chickpea tomato stew, roasted carrot, broccoli salad and choice of protein.  For those craving summer favorites, the recently expanded Raw Bar features sections such as Local Oysters Du Jour from Mashpee or Wellfleet, MA ($3 each) and ½ Lobster Cocktail ($18).


Toast to the 4th by pairing meals with one of the restaurant’s 36 delicious American small batch, artisanal wines, such as the Summerland Vineyard Pinot Grigio, Flying Cloud Sauvignon Blanc, or the Qupe Vineyard Chardonnay, each crafted by small batch winemakers with heart and soul.  If guests want to heat things up further, they can celebrate with cocktails, all made from American crafted spirits, such as the Plimoth Daiquiri ($12) made with Privateer White rum, Barrow’s ginger liqueur and pumpkin spiced simple syrup and the Smokey The Bear ($13) made with Old Overholt, Amere Nouvelle, Vya Sweet Vermouth and Balcones Brimstone Whisky.
