Betsy Cook Named as Customer Service Team Leader of Harbor City

ROCKLEDGE, Fla. - June 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Rockledge, FL, June 24, 2015. Harbor City Capital Management  announced today that they have appointed Betsy Cook as Director of Customer Experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company, with more than 25 years’ customer service experience, most recently with Verizon.

Cook is responsible for ensuring that her team provides unsurpassed quality and services to customers worldwide. “Harbor City is an excellent and growing company. We are looking for people who are forward thinking and innovative but still believe that customer experience is tantamount to our industry,” she says.
