Winners Announced For the Miss Universe Contest Sponsored by Makeup Designory

June 23, 2015 - PRLog -- This year’s competition will be telecasted in over 70 countries and territories, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The MISS TEEN USA® competition will be held in Nassau, Bahamas on August 22nd

MUD’s sponsorship is two-fold in that MUD products will be used and applied by a team of MUD graduates from their New York and Los Angeles campuses and 4 winners from MUD Partner Schools.The team will be led by Sean Conklin,MUD’s Lead Make-up Artist.

The four winners were selected based upon the submission of an essay and their presentation of an inspiring pageant look. Each contestant successfully demonstrated competencies taught within the MUD Beauty Essentials course including base matching, highlight and shadow blending techniques, balanced and well defined eyebrows, lash application and a defined lip application. All contest applicants were graduates or current students at a MUD Partner School where MUD’s make-up artistry curriculum is taught.

Winners will receive airfare and hotel accommodations, a $150 day rate of pay as an artist, $75 per diem allowance for food and beverages, MUD products and apparel. They will be assisting Sean backstage at the most recognized televised pageant in the world.
