Riveron Consulting Hires First Director for Denver Office

DENVER - June 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Riveron Consulting is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Hills as a Director for the firm’s new Denver office. Hills joins several team members already present in this market, and will provide leadership to Riveron’s Denver office.

The office is located at 1900 16^th Street in the Union Station neighborhood.

Hills is a proven leader with a diverse transaction background, including experience with acquisitions, operations, and initial public offerings.  He brings deep technical accounting experience developed through roles in both public accounting and industry.  Hills joins Riveron from Parker + Lynch Consulting, where he was responsible for the Denver office of the national accounting and finance consultancy.  Prior to that, he was a leader in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young, LLP, responsible for leading teams in the provision of technical accounting, financial reporting and transaction advisory services.  Other career experience includes time as the CFO of Keating Capital, Inc. , leading technical accounting and financial reporting for Molson Coors Brewing Company , and with the transaction services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Hills graduated with honors from Villanova University in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and New York.
