Human Recourses Expert Laura MacLeod Expands From The Inside Out Project® with YouTube Launch

The channel will feature a series of one minute videos, with a new video being uploaded on the 1^st and 15^th of every month, addressing common questions from employers and employees with the best solutions to any human resources issue. Much like her previous work with From The Inside Out Project®, MacLeod’s videos will provide the best resolutions for any internal conflict through problem solving and listening skills using an innovative method that addresses the challenges of human interaction. MacLeod’s videos aim to strengthen relations between employees at all levels to produce the best services for their patrons from the inside out.

“YouTube is an important tool and I am excited about the channel launch,” states MacLeod. “I’ve worked with businesses directly and I’ve had the chance to write for great publications. Coupling her previous work as a union employee with her social work teachings, MacLeod created From The Inside Out Project® with the hourly employee in mind. In making the transition, MacLeod’s work has proven a success in various industries, including banking, hospitality, and retail. The project’s methods have also created case studies that support its success and act as teaching supplements to her new clients. Having been a contributor to many human resources publications, MacLeod’s seeks to continue expanding her reach to all businesses in need of her services.

MacLeod combines two decades as a union employee with her social work and graduate level teaching skills to weave a remarkably effective technique of improving staff communication.
