Orthodontic Specialists of West Texas Announces Name Change to Lubbock Family Orthodontics

LUBBOCK, Texas - June 23, 2015 - PRLog -- After many years of serving the orthodontic needs of teenage and adult patients under the name Orthodontic Specialists of West Texas, the practice has changed its name to Lubbock Family Orthodontics, according to Dr. David Farnsworth, lead orthodontist.

         “We’ve used the old name for many years and felt it was time for something new,” Dr. Farnsworth explains. “The ‘Lubbock’ in the new name ties us more closely to our community in which we work and live, and by adding ‘Family’ to the name, we are emphasizing our friendly and caring attitude. Overall, our new name is shorter and more memorable, and it better reflects who we are.”

         It’s not just the name that’s new at the practice. The practice has updated its office and freshened things up to make the ambiance feel brighter and more welcoming. At the same time, outside it has added a new sign with the new name and logo.          “We’re updating some things around here, but our staff and location remain the same,” Dr. Farnsworth says. “These changes are invigorating us in our practice, and our patients have commented about how much they are enjoying our updated office and new look too.”
