Foundation Chairman attends weekend of meetings with the Joint Civil Aid Corps

Paul Borrow-Longain attended a three-day meeting in his capacity as Trustee of the Joint Civil Aid Corps.

June 22, 2015 - PRLog -- The Foundation has a long standing relationship with the Joint Civil Aid Corps based in Milton Keynes since our chairman was asked to become a trustee of the charity by the chief officer of JCAC.

The Joint Civil Aid Corps is a charity register with the charity commission in England & Wales and brings together adult volunteers to aid their communities on a county by county basis with the ability to call upon support from other counties when required. The charity is relatively new and currently going through a growth phase with new units forming in a number of counties in southern and South and South West of England.

During the weekend of meetings a significant amount of progress was made and announcements will be forthcoming from the charity directly over the coming weeks. On Saturday afternoon our chairman was present to see the cadets of the Milton Keynes cadet unit receive their certificates for achievement and in two cases for promotion to lance corporal.

The Borrow-Longain Foundation is proud to be associated with the Joint Civil Aid Corps.
