Fabtrol Systems Inc. has been Acquired by AVEVA Group plc

CHICAGO - June 19, 2015 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, IL/Cambridge, UK - Madison Street Capital (http://www.madisonstreetcapital.com/), an international investment banking firm, served as exclusive advisor to Dowco Group of Companies (A Canadian holding company), in the divestiture of its Eugene, Oregon based subsidiary Fabtrol Systems, Inc. FabTrol Systems (http://www.fabtrol.com/) is a leading supplier of steel fabrication management software, The acquiring company was AVEVA (http://www.aveva.com/) Group plc, a United Kingdom public company.
