AVONDALE, Ariz. - June 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Judge CoCroft and Mychaetodd’s
Facebook Disagreement over Rachel Dolezal
• On June 16th 2015, my in-law had a thread on her Facebook page about Rachel Dolezal, she was not upset about Rachel and neither was I, but unlike Judge CoCroft she left a long detailed comment about why she disliked Rachel- and her feelings got caught up in my comments when I disagreed with her, she felt disrespected.
• Columbus Ohio Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Kimberly CoCroft, gave a long detailed what seemed like a dissertation about Rachel. Cocroft a black female Judge continued to rival me until the thread was finally taken down……but afterwards CoCroft contacted my in-law and wanted to send me a message, I copied and saved this message but was not able to get the two detailed comments prior to this one, it would require the help of Facebook administration. This was her final response sent to me a muted response on MESSENGER, which means I was not allowed to respond, it’s like hanging up on someone. Received at 5:40 AM:
• Judge CoCroft:
Good morning, Sir. It is my understanding that you had some incredibly disrespectful things to say to and about me in response to my comments on Ms. Dolezal. I find it unfortunate that you would give more respect and deference to her than to someone who looks like the women in your family. I will pray for you and your mind, that you will learn what it means to speak with dignity and honor and that you will learn how to disagree without being disagreeable. I work with young Black men daily and your choices and behavior result in a generation of boys who have no idea how to treat and interact with girls and young women who look just like them. I truly pity you.
• Before I give you the details of Judge CoCroft’s comments concerning Rachel Dolezal, I have to give you my position on Rachel Dolezal.
• I’m not upset about Rachel claiming anything or nothing about the race she lives in, I’m not calling her a lair, or crazy person, in fact I’m glad she worked for the NAACP as the President and would like to thank her for her service. Being black or white and doing your job should not have to come with a declaration to the public with a verbal outing of what race or community you associate or claim as your culture, thousands of black people have been passing for white for generations, our people have adapted to people wearing straight weave, light foundation, contact lenses and other forms of cosmetic enhancements for beauty, to pass or to advance in the mainstream, and so when a white woman decides to do it everyone’s wants act all new. I think it’s much ado about nothing, how is Rachel stopping you from advancing? The hate, preconceived notions and disrespect against her is appalling, I refuse to tar and feather her and bully her through social networking or the media.
• The day I disagreed with Judge CoCroft on Facebook, to my surprise, she wrote two long dissertation comments directed to myself that was based on this woman- how much she disliked her, CoCroft called her a lair, talked about her light skin in a negative demeaning way, and she spoke about Rachel’s white privilege in a upsetting way. When I disagreed with Judge CoCroft and asked her: “What “PROOF” do you have that Rachel lied about anything?”- Judge CoCroft turned the conversation on myself by attacking me with pious insults:
• She claimed my comprehension skills & education lacked on this topic, she told me to fact check my information. When I told Judge CoCroft her comments were racist and sexist, and she needed to humble herself, come down off the bench, “NOT HAVE SEAT” and stop judging me, she got in her feelings and they took over. CoCroft responded with a street response: “Since you came for me, I’ll meet you or wait for you” (something of that sort)
Sometimes I’m surprised by people in power but never shocked. I respect and admire anymore who took the time to attend college- get a degree and use it for good not bad, to uplift and not bring down others with a pious attitude. The earlier long drawn out comments CoCroft posted, they gave me the impression of a mad black woman harboring generational hate and deep rooted insecurities about her own blackness.

If I was a lawyer representing a white female in her courtroom, and GOD forbid this white female has any type of swag, “I truly pity you.” (That’s using CoCrofts last four words to me.)

• CoCroft claimed I didn’t love black women, (that was a lie) I explained to CoCroft I loved black, yellow, and red and white women….also brown! CoCroft more than likely checked out my public Facebook page- ( My Facebook page is public, I have nothing to hide- my life past and present is an open book and a Sunday testimony) when she fact checked my Facebook page- she would of seen a happily successful married interracial gay couple, a couple who gives fundraisers for homeless and abused mothers, a minister, businessman and a man who loves his mother and father, so for CoCroft to think I don’t give deference; humble submission and respect to my mother- I challenge her to have a conversation with my mother about my loyalty to her, why CoCroft would feel I give Rachel more respect- again maybe it’s because CoCroft is caught up in her feeling’s or own insecurities of race. Gay men always get hit with the insult we don’t love women when a disagree on this level breaks out- I can sit back and wait and eventually that comment shows up, but what I didn’t expect from this woman- was this insult:
“….and your choices and behavior result in a generation of boys who have no idea how to treat and interact with girls and young women who look just like them. I truly pity you.”

That is one of the most ignorant, bias, irrational and incompetent things someone in her position should ever say, to think a conversation about a perceived white woman going through life black- raising two black young boys alone- and now it’s my fault black boys and young men will not know how to interact with girls and women? My choices and behavior? Being gay was never a choice, I knew I was homosexual at 5 years old, I knew I loved black women when my mother showed unconditional to me as a baby, and my behavior to all race’s of women- as my friends, they have been respectful, uplifting and based of platonic love. CoCroft this is my response to your hang up call, maybe you need to take a break from the bench and get some professional counseling and no I don’t pity you, I feel sorry for you.
