Week-long Placement Drive at GNIOT Group of Institutions

GREATER NOIDA, India - June 18, 2015 - PRLog -- 83 students of GNIOT group of Institutions got selected during one week long placement session. The highest package rose to 5.3 per annum offered by Compro Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which is into technology solutions and product engineering. All together ten companies came to the campus during this drive.  The companies were Just Dial, L&T Housing Finance Ltd., Code genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Diverse Lynx India Pvt. Ltd, International Recreation Parks Private Limited, Nikola Tech Pvt Ltd, Anzy Careers Pvt Ltd and Corps Renewable Engineering Company Pvt Ltd (CREC).

Vice Chairman B.L. Gupta congratulated all the selected students and whished for their successful career ahead. Placement Head Prashant Khare said that the placement methods are evolving. Along with percentile, recruiters are also inclined towards skill sets. A trend shift in student’s joining choice is also noticeable. There are many students who are inclined towards entrepreneurship or want to work with start-up companies for better understanding and experience.

Students of B. tech, MBA and PGDM sat for this drive. The designations offered to students were as Business developer executive, Staffing specialist, Android and game developer and position in HR department.

The Recruiters from different companies shared their experiences. It was found that students are becoming more competitive and have gained the work experience through their internship programmes.
