Benjamin P. Butera Architecture Firm Commissioned to Design New Residential/Commercial Project

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - June 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Benjamin P. Butera is pleased to announce that they have been commissioned to design Bella Maria Professional Building, and Bella Maria residences on Granada Blvd. in Ormond Beach.

“This is a new and exciting development concept and will be an icon for the Granada Corridor in improving the function and aesthetics programmed for the area,” said Butera. “Upon completion, the project will total 60,000 square feet,” added Butera.

The first phase of development will be a 10,000 square foot medical building, which will house a 5,000 square foot heart clinic, and an additional 5,000 square foot medical practice.

The second phase will be construction of two residential towers offering over 55 lifestyle residences ranging from 1,400 square feet to 2,000 square feet. This private and pedestrian designed development will have 30 units and include a covered parking garage option.

All totaled, this 60,000 square foot project will be identified by its Mediterranean architectural theme, its pedestrian lifestyle design, and its open airy site design.

This project received site plan approval from the City of Ormond Beach, and should be permit ready within the next few months.
