Tyton Capital Advisors Launch Real Estate Advisory Service

June 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Tyton Capital Advisors (Tokyo) are to launch a new advisory arm (Tyton Real Estate) in Q3 of 2015 to provide investors and potential homeowners with information about real estate investments, mortgages, homes and commercial property across Asia, Europe, the UK and the US. This, in addition to Tyton Markets and Tyton Algo will become the fourth company within the group.
Tyton Real Estate is set to cater to first-time buyers with a small budget up to more capitalised buyers and investors seeking ROI or diversification to an existing investment portfolio.
Speaking of the project, Co-Managing Director Martin King said, "It was a natural move for us as a group to look at this sector. External interest in Japanese real estate in particular, supported by a historically weak yen, means that this is an exciting area of opportunity for investors worldwide."
The new service, anticipated to roll out in July, will put investors and buyers in touch with established industry professionals to facilitate investments, purchases and financing.
