The “Excuse Me”series of applications is a collection of convenient travel phrases

YOKOHAMA, Japan - June 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Pressurepoint inc.（Naka-ku,Yokohama-city,Kanagawa-ken,Japan、President：Tatsuya Ishikawa） is proud to announce that they have released a situational phrase collection application for the increasing number of sightseers and travelers called “Excuse me.”

The “Excuse Me”series has approximately 200 useful travel phrases in five languages that you can use freely. You can use the “Excuse Me”application by downloading it in the language of your destination country.

One often has to worry about high connectivity fees when traveling abroad, but this works off-line so there is no need to worry.  We’ve kept the size of the application down to 12MB so that you may download the application in airports or locations where Wi-Fi isn’t available,.

For example, if you’re traveling to a Spanish-speaking country then you could download the“Excuse Me Spanish” application. After choosing English, French, Chinese, or Japanese, you’ll be able to search for the appropriate Spanish phrase by situation. There are 19 categories, including airport, train, taxi, hotel, shopping, restaurant, travel, and illness.

Translated phrases are available to enlarged display, audio playback, text copy, and share to SNS.

We plan on adding support for even more languages and features in the future.

We decided to develop this application because the number of tourists to Japan has increased due to the weak yen, and in five years the Tokyo Olympics will be held, so to allow visitors to travel comfortably, we felt that a practical and free guidebook application should be developed. We then realized that if we constructed the application horizontally to support the languages of the world, it would be useful for all travelers, so we decided to make a series of applications.

According to an announcement by the United Nations World Tourism Organization “UNWTO”, there were over 1.1 billion international tourists in 2014. We aimed to create an application that would be reliable and easy-to-use for both the travelers of the world, and the shops and drivers who cater to tourists, and we plan to continue to improve this product.
