A journey of strength and struggle. Help bring my Oparu Debut album & lyric video to life.

         For those of you that know me, you know I take my music and my life very seriously.  It has been a constant struggle making it as an artist in LA.  I wouldn't change it for anything because, music will forever be a healing force in my life.  I have moved mountains and transformed my life over the last few years.  A few years ago I found myself in a dark depression that I thought I was going to be unable to escape from, but as with many times in the past, music has gotten me through.  Now I want to share that same healing power with everyone else.  Oparu is a new beginning full of hope.

         Over the last few years I've had my music on the Billboard Music charts, I was on the Grammy Ballot in 2012 & 2013,  I've toured the US, been in the music movie Black Room Doom where I worked with the incredible Kim Fowley.

He alsoworked with me on a new album in 2013, and now I have just started working with Grammy Award winning producer, Josh Stevens. I would like this year to be the year that breaks the odds and really gets things moving, allowing me to share my music with the world.

         The definition of the word is Opal.  I chose it because it is my birthstone.  Oparu is a new, beautiful futuristic endeavor.  Oparu represents the rawness of human emotion.  I am a firm believer in love and compassion for others.  My purpose with Oparu is to share my life experiences with the world.  My musical purpose is to help others to overcome the greatest challenges in their lives and remind them that they are not alone.  It's a reminder that someone else has been, and is there, with you right now.  I want my music to help you to heal and to enjoy life's moments.  No journey is complete without struggle and hardship.  We all go through it and we all deal with it in different ways.  Throughout history music has been the easiest communicator in hard times and in good times.  It gives us the ability to dream of the future where ever we find ourselves.  Please help me spread this beautiful music throughout the masses and promote the healing and helping of all of us.  Below is a sneak peak of things to come.
