·        Stretch up your hands and legs

The two procedures which must never be skipped in a workout routine is cooling down and the warming up; both would effectively work for a healthier body. Always avoid static types of exercises like stretching and grabbing ankles. Instead of that, you can go for other movements like the soldier walks or the forward lunges.

It is right that you must have ran 2kms in 15 minutes in the past; but if you are taking a period of casual rest and then going back to the health regimen, then it would be better to start slow.
