Norwood’s Premier Restaurant Is Kicking Off Summer by Releasing Their New Seasonal Menu

NORWOOD, Mass. - June 15, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: Starting Saturday, June 13th, 2015, SKY in Norwood, MA invites diners to indulge in their new summer menu. This seasonal fare features delicious options such as fresh seafood & lean meats paired with vegetables ripe for summer. A new dessert menu is also available with a few fruity surprises.

Executive Chef Andy DiPace has flexed his knowledge of what is hot this summer featuring a bounty of choices for even the most discriminating palates. To start the meal off, diners can indulge in Cool Avocado Lime Soup ($10) or the Tuscan Bruschetta Salad ($12) made with beefsteak & pear tomatoes, onion, capers, herbs, and grilled ciabatta bread. On SKY’s menu, entrees are bursting with flavor including Fish Tacos ($20), perfect for seafood lovers, filled with grilled Mahi Mahi, cabbage, salsa, cilantro aioli, and cheddar & jack cheese, inside a flour tortilla. The Roasted Lamb Sirloin ($28) is also a hit, crusted with horseradish walnuts and served with shaved zucchini and cool roasted fingerling potato salad. A summer staple has made its way back; the Lobster Special ($33) is a three course meal that includes a cup of clam chowder, 1 ¼ pound steamed lobster and key lime pie. End the evening meal with Warm Peach Cobbler ($8) paired with vanilla ice cream or Key Lime Pie ($8), and make this evening a night to never forget.
