DCG-SMS to Attend UNICOM’s Co-Located Event Series on 25 June

TYNE AND WEAR, U.K. - June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- DCG-SMS (http://www.davidconsultinggroup.com/about/dcg-sms/), a global provider of software analytics, software quality management and Agile development solutions, will attend UNICOM’s co-located series of events on Thursday, 25 June.

The event features four tracks: The DevOps Summit, Next Generation Testing, Digital Transformation and Programme & Project Management. Attendees will be able to attend sessions across the tracks, which will include case studies, expert presentations, keynotes, discussions and an exhibition hall.

Michael Harris, CEO, will present as part of the Digital Transformation track, which will focus on how organisations need to develop Agile and utilise emerging cloud services, building on the foundation of established methods, processes and services.

“Digital transformation has led to IT using software from different places in different ways,” said Mr. Harris. “This shift is very exciting, but it is not necessarily positive for software developers – particularly in the enterprise. We’re looking forward to discussing how to mitigate the issues that may arise for a more successful path forward.”

To that end, “A SMAC in the Face for Enterprise Software Development” will discuss how social media, mobile, analytics and cloud (SMAC) are affecting software development. Mr. Harris will provide some ideas for how organisations should prepare for these changes, particularly in terms of improving the flow of business value.
