Dr. Jim Heideman and Roxana Mandel Join CraneMorley's Instructional Design Team

LONG BEACH, Calif. - June 15, 2015 - PRLog -- CraneMorley, an independently-owned learning design and development organization, is strengthening its design team with the addition of two new professionals:  Dr. Jim Heideman, former Senior Manager of Training for Nissan Europe has been appointed an Instructional Design & Learning Strategy role and Roxana Mandel has joined as Graphic Designer.

Jim Heideman, PhD:  Instructional Design & Learning Strategy Consultant

Jim Heideman’s background features a steady, successful rise in the technical training field.  His 30 year career in the automobile industry includes roles as Instructional Designer for Technical Training and Technical Training Manager for a multinational automobile manufacturer.  Heideman began development of their Six Sigma Program, which he launched in all of their North America affiliates in the US, Canada and Mexico.  “Jim has an astounding range of capabilities.” said Thomas Pratt, CraneMorley President.

As Senior Manager of Training, Heideman was responsible for developing the training alliance of a Franco-Japanese strategic partnership between automobile manufacturers in the 35 countries of the European region.  “I have known and worked with him for years,” said Pratt, “I’m thrilled that our clients and the team will benefit from Jim's talent and insight.”

Roxana Mandel:  Graphic Designer

Roxana Mandel has a fourteen year background designing for a range of digital platforms and creating fresh, innovative concepts with a focus on user experience effectiveness.  As a Motion Graphics specialist she has developed projects for multinational oil, aviation and automotive industries.  Mandel’s educational background includes Web and Graphic Design certifications from Art Center College of Design, Brooks College and UCLA.  Vince Llamzon, CraneMorley Production Manager, said, “Roxana brings a wealth of creativity and graphic intuition that will add major production value to CraneMorley projects.”
