SGL Co-packing invests to meet customer demand

June 11, 2015 - PRLog -- SGL Co-packing Limited, the Nelson, Lancashire-based contract packer and contract manufacturer, reports that it has invested £300,000 in new packaging equipment so far this year in response to customer demand – extending its ability to provide flexible, high-speed packing solutions.  The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Keswick Enterprises Group – the UK-based supply chain services specialist.

The investment includes a new Novus 350 continuous motion vertical form fill and seal packing machine.  This robust, reliable and flexible unit may be adapted to create various pack styles – including quad pack, Doy and block bottom, as well as the standard pillow pack.
