Implementation of automated invoice processing at Franzis Verlag

AHRENSBURG, Germany - June 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Automated invoice processing has already taken its place in many companies. HENRICHSEN AG from Straubing, the long-standing WMD partner and leading solutions vendor in the area of information logistics, has won its 100th customer, Franzis Verlag GmbH. The company from the WEKA media group will now be processing its invoices by electronic workflow rather than on paper. HENRICHSEN has implemented the WMD xSuite for SAP at Franzis Verlag, publisher of technical books, software, and electronics, headquartered in Haar near Munich.

The Franzis Verlag GmbH will process as many as 18,000 invoices a year with the bundle consisting of document capture and invoice processing. In addition, the module xFlow Mobile has been implemented to allow approval and release of invoices on mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.
