ORing Hits Computex 2015 with Full-fledged Products

HSIN-TIEN, Taiwan - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Computex 2015 got over on 6^th June! We would like to thank all of you who visited our booth at the exhibition. Whether you are our customers, partners, or attendees who happened to stop by our stand, we are glad and honored to have the opportunity to introduce you to our innovative products.

Apart from innovative product designs, ORing has also demonstrated advanced technologies making networks and applications smarter. One of the key developments is switches featuring TTDP support, a very useful function for enhancing network management efficiency in railway applications where train carriages and consists are frequently reconfigured. By deploying ORing switches with TTDP support, the system will perform network configuration tasks automatically when train cars change positions or are replaced, saving operators from the hassle of manual configuration.

Another key development in ORing products is 90W PoE support. Constant addition of new features in IP cameras such as PTZ, IR, and WDR means higher power consumption. To keep the power-hungry devices running, ORing has developed an advanced high-power PoE injector capable of providing 90W of power to a PD device. The injector is backward compatible and interoperable with existing PoE devices.

This year also marks the 10th anniversary of ORing. While celebrating the many accomplishments we have achieved over the past ten years in the industrial networking industry, we will continue to develop innovative products and technologies and work with our partners to meet customers’ needs. In 2015, ORing will place a higher focus on rolling stock applications as ORing has been awarded the IRIS certification, an international standard specific to the railway industry.
