NEW YORK - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- On July 4th, Independence Day, Kevin L. McCrudden, AKA, "Mr. Motivation" and "America's CMO ~ Chief Motivation Officer" will commence his "Walk for America" from New York City's Battery Park, which overlooks the Statue of Liberty and has several monuments for each branch of the military to those that have served and gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

"I have never served in the military," said McCrudden, "but I have the ultimate respect for the selflessness of those that have served our great nation and have given so much and have asked for so little." he continued.  "If you speak to many military that have served from WWII to today, they say very little about their experiences and don't want to scare or harm family and friends with the terrible things they have seen and experienced."

In 2005 McCrudden created The America Motivation Awards ( www.AmericanMotivationAwards.com ) where they honor, "motivational, inspirational and patriotic leaders in America.  "The military have had such an enormous influence on America, from George Washington to John F. Kennedy to George H. Bush.  So many great men and great leaders have come from our military and influenced the development and evolution of our country," said McCrudden.  The American Motivation Awards have honored; J.R. Martinez, Dakota Meyer, Lt. Michael Murphy, Hon. John L. Behan, Pat Tillman and The Tuskegee Airmen to name a few of the military recipients of The American Motivation Awards.

"Part of the "Walk for America" is about my respect for our military and those that serve and have served," says McCrudden. "In our history, we have overlooked the service of many groups of people, I think largely because of the sheer volume of men that have served and died for our country.  Women have been there all along in some way or form serving in the military, from the Revolutionary War to today.  However, there are now more and more women serving and getting exposure to front line experiences that are adversely impacting their lives and their ability to adjust to life back here at home." concluded McCrudden.

"Operation Reinvent is the only organization exclusively dedicated to prepare and support military service women to transition into the highly competitive civilian workplace and connect them with the right jobs.  We are honored and delighted, said Julie Lewit Nirenberg, Founder of Operation Reinvent, to be one of three veteran centric organizations selected to be a part of Walk for America.”

McCrudden's "Walk for America" has several military charities and more signing on, and chose Operation Reinvent because it is the only charity that focuses solely on helping military service women make the adjustment back to civilian life and helps prepare them to obtain good jobs.  In addition to a percentage of funds raised through the "Go Fund Me" page ( gofund.me/wb3epww (http://www.gofundme.com/wb3epww)  ), McCrudden will be providing every client of Operation Reinvent with a copy of his book, "Who Are You? Become the Very Best You That You can Be!" where he introduces the most significant addition to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in 60 years.  Maslow's Hierarchy is considered one of the foundational studies of human behavior and motivation. So, the book is intended to help each of the Operation Reinvent clients find their better selves, as they apply the leadership skills they have developed in military service to their professional lives.
