Nulogy Releases New Software Capabilities to Enable Deep Vertical Integration in Packaging

TORONTO - June 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Nulogy announces the release of new PackManager capability to support customers in the packaging industry that are moving toward vertical integration. According to the F4SS Contract Manufacturing & Packaging Industry Survey, up to 60% of suppliers are engaging in all of contract manufacturing, contract packaging, and secondary packaging for their customers, and 73% of their customers are looking to consolidate their supplier base with those that deliver across the value stream.

PackManager’s new Custom Units of Measure capability enables packaging suppliers to track production and inventory using custom discrete and indiscrete units of measure. The new feature is particularly valuable for inventory and production tracking in primary packaging and continuous manufacturing environments.
