According to David Drake, Chairman of LDJ Capital, The Soho Loft Media Group and Victoria Global, "The 3rd Global Baku Forum came at a very appropriate time because, Europe, as a region, is experiencing growth in investments across different sectors with the UK, Russia and Spain leading in terms of angel investments. Challenges such as conflicts, education, security and environmental degradation have a negative effect on investment trends globally. We support events such as this forum because they explore ways to address global challenges and by so doing, enhance economic growth."
