NEW YORK - June 5, 2015 - PRLog -- MIRA Books today announced the launch of BookClubbish (http://www.bookclubbish.com/), a new site designed to share book-and-pop-culture-related content with readers, booksellers, librarians, book bloggers and book clubs.

“Everybody on the MIRA team loves books and chatting about their current reads,” said Erika Imranyi, Executive Editor at MIRA Books. “That passion spurred us to create a site that brings the same conversation to others who feel similarly. And it’s why BookClubbish embraces books by other publishers, not just our own titles, because we devour all books—especially the ones everyone’s talking about.”

In addition to featuring book and pop culture news, BookClubbish will includes entertaining items such as exclusive interviews, informative Q&As with librarians, infographs, listicles, engaging profiles of booksellers, recommendations, author posts, contests and more.  It also features The Next Page: A Fiction Sampler for Book Clubs, a free downloadable collection of excerpts from 11 novels, is an introduction to some of the MIRA Books titles suggested by BookClubbish.  Each selection is accompanied by a letter from the novel’s editor explaining why the book is a perfect book club pick. Bonus material, including reading guides and author conversations, to enrich book club discussions are also included in the sampler.

“We really hope to engage with book lovers,” said Imranyi. “BookClubbish is a one-stop destination for bookworms to be entertained, find a great read and keep abreast of book-related news.”
