The EVPA Training Academy VP in Practise will be held at the University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain from Thursday June 4, 2015 7:00PM till Friday June 5, 2015 10:00PM. Participants from all over Europe are expected to attend this training.

This event  will be an interactive training program that balances the theories with unique practice-based learnings.  Topics for discussion include:  different invest models within venture philosophy and social impact;  measurement of management of social impact; exit strategies;  board management and conflict resolution with focus on  best practices; and provision of non-financial support to Social Purpose Organisations (SPO’s).

Module I will be held  on  4-5 June 2015 at the  International University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain. Module II will take place from 15-16 September 2015 at the EVPA head office in Brussels at Philanthropy House. There is a 3-month space between the two modules. This will provide the trainees enough lead time to improve learning and integrate theory into day-to-day activities.

The total number of participants is limited to 15-20, all  from  Europe.  A number of scholarships is available for attendees, which includes travelling costs and fees.

Certificates of Participation will be given to individuals who attend the two modules and complete their assignments by EVPA.
