About the Author: Raised on a farm in Harbourton, New Jersey, Paul E. Harvey Jr. now lives in Bordentown, New Jersey. “I noticed the lack of young children knowing American history. It seems it’s not being taught like it was in my day and that saddens me. I thought if I used a story with a leprechaun and a flying dog telling stories about history, it may get younger children to want to learn more about our forefathers and the events that happen in America.”
