, not the least of which are animal stearates. These animal by-products leach into food as a result of using a process that requires releasing agents called "tallow". The problem is that the tallow is rendered from unhealthy animals like road kill, Mad Cows, euthanized cats and dogs, et al. Dr. Guarino discusses the solution to the problem that his company has developed over a period of three years. There are important religious aspects as well. That is why his company name ERC(R) stands for "Ethically and Religiously Compliant".
