Ascensus Celebrates I-Client Service Week

DRESHER, Pa. - June 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Ascensus, the nation’s largest independent retirement plan and college savings services provider, is hosting a celebration of its service culture June 1 through 5 during Ascensus I-Client Service Week.

I-Client Service Week highlights the Ascensus I-Client philosophy. Central to the company’s high service standards, this philosophy guides associates to see issues and resolutions through the client’s eyes, own the relationship with the client, and create meaningful partnerships.

The company’s resident I-Client committee selected a “Getting to know you” theme for this year’s I-Client Service Week and has organized a number of activities to encourage associates to continue to get involved. These include team-building events and a weeklong food drive in which each associate will collect canned goods, non-perishable items, and new and gently used clothing for donation to a local shelter. Through this friendly and charitable exercise, associates will put Ascensus’ “People Matter” Core Value into action, supporting families local to Ascensus’ eleven locations.

Ascensus was recently named a Philly.com Top Workplace 2015, marking the fourth consecutive year the company was included on this list. Through initiatives such as I-Client Service Week, Ascensus’ senior leadership hopes to build upon existing associate and client satisfaction.
