Salient Process Acquires EmeriConVIEWS, Now SPARK Toolkits

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - June 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Salient Process, a leading supplier of BPM and Decision Management consulting services, announced it has completed the acquisition of EmeriConVIEWS and all associated rights and Intellectual Property. The offering will be rebranded to SPARK Toolkits, and will pave the way for broader adoption among BPM practitioners, Resellers and customers alike. In parallel to the acquisition, Eric Ducos (Toolkit architect, BPM expert, and EmeriCon's former CTO) joined Salient’s executive team as Chief Innovator. In his role, Eric’s primary responsibility is to drive Salient Process innovation initiatives, partnership with IBM’s BPM Software Engineering team, as well as participation in product panels and advisory councils.

Effective immediately, Salient Process will provide support for existing EmeriConVIEWS customers. EmeriCon will continue to sell the SPARK UI Toolkit under the SPARK Reseller Program. Salient will continue to offer the Community Edition (Free) with community-based support, in addition to offering higher levels of support services for Enterprise customers.
