Top Global Universities Support Chinese American Scholars' e-Leader Conference in Prague

NEW YORK - June 5, 2015 - PRLog -- The Chinese American Scholars Association (CASA)  E-Leader Conference was held at the University of Economics in Prague, 4 Winston Churchill Square, 130 67 Praha, Czech Republic Businessmen. CEO’s, educators, professionals, women and leaders  in various fields   converged in Prague to discuss global issues.  The E-Leaders conferences, run by CASA since 2006, aim to discuss major global issues today that relates to education, learning, entrepreneurship, e-Commerce, ethics and social responsibility.

The program started on the morning of June 1, with registration opening at 9am.  Prof. Dr. Ludmila Sterbova,  Vice Dean of the Faculty of International Relations in the  University of Economics Prague, gave  the welcome speech. There were 3 keynotes, followed by one session. On the next two days, it also started with a keynote, followed by two sessions per day.

The 5 keynotes with their corresponding topics are:

•Karen Melonie Gould, CEO of Gateway2Enterprise in UK will talk on “Women Warriors Female Entrepreneurs”

•Dr. Léo F. C. Bruno, Professor of Leadership at the  Dom Cabral Foundation in  Nova Lima, Brazil  will speak on “Nooleadership or Virtuous Leadership and Its Impact on Organizational Performance”

•Philip Beckwith and  Mary Beckwith from the  University of Bedfordshire, Bedfordshire, UK  will expound on “An Analysis of Contemporary Issues for Leaders in Healthcare Education:  Achieving Praxis and Closing the Theory Practice Divide”

•Dr. Milan Zeleny of the  Graduate School of Business in Fordham University, New York and The Tomas Bata University, Zlin, Czech Republic will speak on “Evolutionary Economics: Transformations and Metamorphosis of Economy”

•Dr. Kirpal Singh, Director of Wee Kim Wee Center and  Associate Professor at the  English Literature, School of Social Science in Singapore Management University, will speak on “The Coming Challenge for the Global Leaders”
