Doug Vodder Joins TruAmerica Multifamily as Director of Capital Improvements

SEATTLE - June 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Veteran property management executive and Washington native Doug Vodder has joined TruAmerica Multifamily as Director of Capital Improvements, where he will be responsible for managing the construction and renovation projects for the firm’s rapidly expanding Pacific Northwest portfolio.

Vodder joins TruAmerica from the Seattle office of Greystar Real Estate Partners where during his tenure he supervised the maintenance and capital improvement programs on more than 5,000 apartment units in the region.   Previously, Vodder was with Seattle-based Glacier Real Estate Services until the regional multifamily and commercial property management firm was acquired by Greystar in 2010.

The move reunites Vodder with TruAmerica Chief Operations Officer and former Glacier Real Estate Services Principal Lynn Owen.
