Advanced Eye Care Welcomes New Doctor

AMARILLO, Texas - June 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Advanced Eye Care is bringing a new doctor into the family practice. A passionate mother of three, Dr. Erin Taylor will serve patients at the Amarillo and Dumas offices.

Dr. Taylor was raised in the small Wyoming town of Moorcroft and attended Casper College and the University of Wyoming for her undergraduate degree. She then ventured to Oregon to complete her doctorate degree at Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. Taylor made her way to the Texas Panhandle to complete a postgraduate residency program at the VA Hospital in Amarillo.

For the past eight years, Dr. Taylor has practiced optometry in Amarillo where she also met her husband, Dustin. They now stay busy raising their three young boys, Lane, Rhett and Beau. She and her family love being outdoors, spending time with friends and family and eating delicious food. Dr. Taylor takes on baking the sweets and breads while her husband enjoys cooking. The family lives passionately for God and is very involved with their church family at Trinity Fellowship.

Through Advanced Eye Care, Dr. Taylor feels as though she’s met the best of both worlds; adequate time to spend with her family together with unconditional care for her patients. She’s excited to join Advanced Eye Care’s team of doctors and staff who can help her provide the best possible care for her patients. Dr. Taylor deeply cares for her patients and those she works with and treats them like an extension of her family.

Dr. Vanessa Anderson is excited to have Dr. Taylor become part of the Advanced Eye Care family. “It’s wonderful to have a devoted, hardworking doctor joining our practice,” says Dr. Anderson. “She’s a working mother of three boys, and you can see the care she provides for her patients is like they’re a part of her family.”
