May 31, 2015 - PRLog -- PHILADELPHIA, PA – Featuring more than 300 craft breweries from across the United States, Thinking & Drinking has been successfully funded on Kickstarter - 10 days ahead of it campaign’s end date.

“We started Thinking & Drinking as a way to celebrate craft beer and to foster great conversations. Now we’re also able to help celebrate and support craft breweries from across the U.S., said Jonathan Cooper, Thinking & Drinking's creator. “Thinking & Drinking features more breweries than most brewfests. We want people to explore and support craft beer.”

Thinking & Drinking is a card game featuring conversation-starting questions on each card. The game includes six decks of 54 question cards and each card also includes the profile of a U.S. craft brewer and featured beer.

The complete set of Thinking & Drinking includes the profiles of 312 craft breweries – including a brewery from all 50 states and Washington, D.C. – and a featured beer.

“We held an open submission process for breweries to be part of Thinking & Drinking at no cost. Any brewery that fits the Brewers Association’s definition of craft brewery was eligible to participate,” said Cooper. “Thinking & Drinking features a wide range of breweries in terms of size, location and years in business.”

Featured breweries include some of the Top 50 U.S. craft breweries including D.G. Yuengling and Son, Boston Beer, New Belgium Brewing, Deschutes Brewing and Stone Brewing – as well as local breweries and start-ups from across the country. A full list of featured breweries is available at www.ThinkingDrinking.Beer/Supporters

"There are more than 3,000 craft breweries in the United States so we wanted to introduce people to breweries and beers that they might not yet know," said Cooper. "As for the beers that are featured, Thinking & Drinking includes profiles of beers ranging from hoppy IPAs to saisons to a jalapeño pilsner and, yes, a pumpkin peach ale."

Thinking & Drinking's questions include:

·       If giving up cheese made you immortal, would you do it?

·       Other than your bed, where's the last place you slept?

·       What mythological creature do you wish existed?

·       What are five things you can't live without?

·       Which could you go longer without, the internet or coffee?

·       If you could meet anyone (living or dead), who would it be?

·       If aliens landed here right now, which player would you send to greet them?

"When you get together with friends or co-workers and enjoy a beer you should focus on your friends and the conversation -- not on your phone or email. We just want people to put down their phones and enjoy some time with each other," said Cooper.
