Star Of Warner Brothers’ Movie “The Gallows” Creates Fundraising Campaign For Wells Bring Hope

LOS ANGELES - May 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Hollywood actress Pfeifer Brown (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6018502/), who co-stars in Warner Brothers’ upcoming film THE GALLOWS (http://www.thegallowsmovie.com) , has launched a ‘Water Circle’ online fundraising campaign to benefit nonprofit Wells Bring Hope (http://wellsbringhope.org).

Brown debuts in the highly anticipated horror flick from Blumhouse Productions (http://www.blumhouse.com) --- producers of Paranormal Activity and Insidious—which is set for release on July 10, 2015.  It is the actress’ first role in a major motion picture.

The film centers around a group of high school friends who reunite on the 20^th anniversary of a tragic accident to honor the event but soon discover that some things are better left alone.

Brown’s ‘Water Circle’ (http://www.wellsbringhope.org) online fundraising campaign will benefit Wells Bring Hope, the nonprofit committed to drilling safe water wells in Niger, West Africa---the poorest country in the world.  Sixty-one percent of the people living in Niger lack access to safe water. Since its 2008 inception, Wells Bring Hope has raised over $2,000,000 and drilled 332 safe water wells in rural Niger--- transforming the lives of the women and girls who typically walk four-to-six miles a day to find water for their families. Brown hopes to raise enough money to drill one new well in the West African country.

​“When I heard the heartbreaking stories of the women and children in Niger, I felt compelled to get involved”, said Brown. ​“One-in-seven children die before the age of five due to illnesses caused by contaminated water. Wells Bring Hope saves thousands of lives by drilling and maintaining safe water wells.  I want to help them spread hope in the poorest country in the world.”
