ST NEOTS, U.K. - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Healthier Recruitment, an agency that specialises in supplying qualified staff to fill permanent vacancies within the NHS and Private Healthcare, has just moved its headquarters to The Knowledge Centre at Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire.

“The huge cost of using agency staff in NHS hospitals has received much publicity.” said Margo Leftly, director of Healthier Recruitment.  “In reality there are plenty of full time jobs for nurses and doctors in the NHS as well as qualified staff to fill them. Many healthcare professionals like the flexibility of agency work, and it’s much more profitable for agencies to supply temporary staff, so it’s not surprising that’s what they focus on, however there are also a wealth of candidates seeking long term careers within Healthcare and Healthier Recruitment are dedicated to focusing solely on helping them achieve this.”

After 10 years experience working in healthcare recruitment, Mrs Leftly saw there was a gap in the recruitment market to work in partnership with both NHS hospitals and Private Healthcare organisations to supply only permanent staff. This will help cut the huge staff overspend which is one of the biggest challenges that most hospitals and health services face.

The company has grown dramatically since it started just 6 months ago, and they needed to move to larger premises. As they work with hospitals, health services and general practices up and down the country, good access to major trunk routes was an important factor in location.

Leftly added, “Wyboston Lakes is adjacent to the A1 and other major routes so it’s easy for our clients to visit us, or for us to get to them but as we also have high speed communication links means we can do a lot of our day-to-day business via the phone or Internet.

Brian Payton, director of business development at Wyboston Lakes commented, “The flexibility of Knowledge Centre is ideal for forward thinking and successful entrepreneurial companies like Healthier Recruitment. As they continue to develop and grow, it’s easy for us to provide additional office space as they need it, and it means they can continue to operate from a prestigious location and focus on their future success.”
