Follow on Google News | Spreadshirt unveils its first UK online video advertising campaign and new sloganSpread it with Spreadshirt: First collaboration with creative agency Jung von Matt/Spree
By: Spreadshirt Philip Rooke, CEO of Spreadshirt explains “The decision to launch our first online video advertising campaign in the UK was due to the market’s high internet usage and big and professional market for online advertising. Our recent Trend Review revealed that UK visitors to the Spreadshirt site are more likely to shop via their mobiles than their French and German counterparts. We view this campaign as an opportunity to spread the Spreadshirt word, but also to test the market and gain further insight into our UK audience.” He continues, “Our new tagline ‘Spread it with Spreadshirt' reflects our core objective, that is to enable our community of designers, sellers and creators to spread and sell their ideas onto merchandising. The call to action ‘Buy. Sell.’ illustrates this intention.” The videos form part of the company’s wider pan-European advertising campaign. TV adverts have been rolling out in Germany and France this month. The spots were conceived and produced by the German creative agency Jung von Matt/Spree and shot in Barcelona in two days, at seven locations and using over 150 products. This is Jung von Matt/Spree first collaboration with the e-commerce merchandising company.
