Enterprise System Solutions (P), Ltd Acquires ION IT, UK

BHUBANESWAR, India - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd (ESSPL), a global technology services provider, today announced that it has entered into agreement to acquire ION Information Technologies Ltd (IONIT), a software services company based in the in the UK, through its subsidiary in the UK Enterprise System Solutions Ltd.

IONIT has a strong track record of delivering technology solutions to its customers in the UK. With this acquisition ESSPL will expand its presence in the UK, widen its customer base and ensure better integration of its global workforce to the benefit of customers in UK and Europe.  IONIT has many long-standing relationships with large corporates and has had a presence in the UK market for 20 years.

IONIT’s partnership with ESSPL started in 2003, and the two companies have a successful history of delivering software solutions to many UK customers.
