Golden Gate BPO Solutions Provides Call Center Support for Red Nose Day USA

 
WESTON, Fla. - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Today, Golden Gate BPO Solutions , a global customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) company, announced that it provided live call center support for the Red Nose Day USA Television broadcast that aired on Thursday night, May 21st, on NBC.

Red Nose Day revealed that, in connection with the telecast, more than $21 million dollars was raised for children and young people in the USA and around the world living in poverty.  Over 125 Golden Gate BPO Solutions call center agents took donation calls from viewers during the star-studded charity event hosted by Seth Meyers, David Duchovny and Jane Krakowski.
