King’s accomplishments are that of many, having been given the name “The King of the Blues,” he worked tirelessly through his career into his mid-70s, and has one of the most unique and recognizable as well as influential guitar styles to date. To honor the iconic musician and his recent passing, Bruce Bears will be accompanied by Sugar Ray Norcia, Brian Templeton and other artists as they take the stage at Beat Brasserie for a memorable tribute from 8:00PM – 12:00AM. Sugar Ray Norcia is an American electric and soul blues singer and harmonica player who is best known for working with his band, The Bluetones. Brian Templeton is also known for his harmonica playing, as well as his barrelhouse belting style of singing and exuberant onstage persona. Brian and Sugar Ray will be joining the legendary Bruce Bears along with Monster Mike Welch, Jesse Williams and Mark Textera.
