Meet Up And Coming Fashion Designer Jana Ele

NEW YORK - May 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Jana Ele S was born July 23rd 1995. Her name means a gracious gift from God. She attended Good Shepherd Baptist Church for 17 years. She has been active in church ever since she could walk. Firstly by working as an angel on the usher board. She has been diligent in working with the youth choir, Junior Pastoral committee, greeters, and pastoral Banquet. Jana was always shy, but still willing to help whenever she was asked. She overcame her fears and open up her heart to God.

         As a bright child, starting school she was skipped and awarded scholarships to attend Catholic elementary for four years in a row. In her 11th grade one of the top colleges in the U.S. Stanford University, wanted her to attend but she declined in efforts to further her knowledge of God. She graduated from Holy Trinity High School, where she has acted in numerous plays and musicals. She was also the director of hair and make up. Jana is also part of the International Thespian Honor Society.  This art has afforded her opportunities to travel all over doing hair and makeup for birthdays, sweet sixteens, and more. Jana is a hard worker and always strives to be successful in the area of academics. Even when she tried to “slow down” the spirit of excellence, which she possesses, kept her working hard and achieving academic success.

         Jana scored above average on many English exams and graduated high school with several college credits. Jana enrolled in  Aveda Beauty school and graduated to obtain cosmetology license. She greatly believes in being well rounded in her field. Jana also attended bible school where she finished with honors and awards.  Jana has also been chosen for many beauty pageants and modeling but she decided she’d rather be the designer than the model. At the tender age of 14, Jana gave her life to God and received his precious Holy Ghost. She also sang with a recording choir, The Crusade Ensemble, under the leadership of Pastor Jonathan Mack, where they minister both near and far.  She has also been  instrumental in the helping with the beginning of The City Of Oasis Church.

     Jana Ele S demonstrates servitude. She aided in starting an organization called Inner City Kids were they volunteered at nursing homes, giving out food and clothing to needy, assisting younger children in need , even  going to the criminal justice system to speak on  their behalf. . She has also assisted with at risk teenage girls, from visiting their homes to counseling on the phone. Jana has a sincere desire to help all she can through the power of Jesus. She speaks with assurance that faith is the substance of things and the evidence of things not seen. Jana desires to one day open up a youth outreach counseling center.

   After graduating from Aveda, Jana went on the College. She spent one year in community college because she wanted to stay close to home. Jana has always had a love for fashion ever since she was a young child. She designed her first dress at 16 and wore it for her sweet sixteen celebration. She also designed her high school prom dress. She is very business minded and knew would one day work for herself, little did she know how soon. At 19 years old she created two companies a non profit organization for entrepreneurs, Lady in Red Corp and her clothing line Jana Ele S. Currently, the Lord has favored Jana to be to accepted into various Universities in London, England and this upcoming September she will be going away for college to study fashion.

Jana is also an ambassador of WISE (Women in Spiritual Excellence) which is a ministry that mentors, counsels, empowers, trains, and supports women to attain spiritual excellence in all they do.   They provide housing for women returning out of the criminal justice system and other social crisis as well as mentoring them behind prison walls until they reach their God given potential.  They reach them by seminars, conferences and social media walking them through their journey to wholeness mentally, spiritually, emotionally and economically.

Jana will debut her collection this August  8, 2015 at 279 Star Street, Brooklyn, NY.
