Griffin and Highbury announces sponsorship of Corey Jones Racing

May 19, 2015 - PRLog -- The idea that diamonds and gemstones were as removed from the world of auto racing as possible, needs to be re-examined.

Griffin and Highbury Inc., one of Toronto’s most experienced diamond and precious gemstone dealers, is pleased to announce a new season-long sponsorship deal with up-and-coming Canadian auto race driver Corey Jones.

2014 proved to be a breakout year for Corey Jones and his dedicated racing team. This was the first season for Corey Jones and his team on the OSCAAR Super Late Model Tour of Ontario, after gaining plenty of experience on the Lucas Oil Canadian Vintage Modified tour.  As a freshman driver on the OSCAAR tour, Corey and his team enjoyed a number of highlights last year, including top-10 performances at the Sunset Speedway's Velocity 250 event and Barrie Speedway.

Using the experience he gained last year, and with help from sponsorship partners like RBC, LaFleche Roofing Limited, Accountable Automotive, and Griffin and Highbury, Corey Jones looks forward to more success in the 2015 season.

Corey Jones’ next race will be on May 16^th at the Spring Velocity event at Sunset Speedway.

Griffin and Highbury is no stranger to sponsoring athletics, having recently begun a new sponsorship of Mandy Bujold, the Canadian female amateur boxer who will be participating in the upcoming Pan American games in Toronto this summer.
