Construction to begin for Vanguard Lofts development

NAPLES, Fla. - May 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Officials from Tetra Terra Development, LLC (TTD) and Premier Sotheby’s International Realty will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday, May 19 at 9:30 a.m. to mark the commencement of construction for Vanguard Lofts, a new six-residence residential project in the Rosemary District.

Designed by architectural firm Halflants + Pichette, the proposed Vanguard Lofts will be Sarasota’s first development designed to encompass the urban infill philosophy of walkable city environments with ample live/work areas within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.
